Sweet and salty chocolate
You can change the dried fruits to the ones you like. However, do not miss the salt blossom, as you will want a salty dose.
- 340 gr. black chocolate with stevia, fused
- Or mug of salty pretzels, finely chopped
- Or mug of dried cherries
- ¼ cup of coconut flakes without sweeteners
- ¼ mug of peanuts, without salt, finely chopped
- Salt blossom
Load a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour one-third of the melted dark chocolate into the baking sheet you have prepared and use a spatula to spread it evenly on a layer of 0.3 cm thickness.
Sprinkle with pretzels, cherries, coconut and peanuts, evenly.
Pour remaining melted chocolate and spread evenly over ingredients.
Then put the rest of the pretzels, cherries, coconut flakes and peanuts evenly. Garnish with salt blossom
Let the chocolate cool until ready, for about 1 hours. Then break it into pieces. Store in a container until consumed.
