Spicy Carob Chocolate Ice Cream
One of our beloved, by Angeliki Spanou, Pathologist and Food Blogger (www.puremomentum.com), is the ice cream with its unique spicy flavor and materials of unique nutritional value.
- 100 gr chocolate health
- 1 canned coconut cream
- 2 blended butter: butter cashew, peanut and almond
- 2 tsupa agave
- 1 / 4 cup coconut
- 2 cup loaf
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 / 2 sp. cinnamon
- 1 / 2 sp. mixed peppers
In a saucepan, warm the coconut cream and add the butter, coconut sugar, agave and couverture to pieces.
Mix until the chocolate melts and remove it from the fire.
Add cinnamon, pepper, carrots and mix with the wire.
Put in the freezer for 3 hours.
Then pour the mixture into a blender with 2 sliced bananas. Beat until the mixture is homogenized. Serve immediately or fry again for 1 time.
In serving we added topping of edible flowers from Olympus Fields!
