Today we suggest you 2 detoxifying smoothies that we created for it Detox Brunch of B by Nadia Boule and really stole their impressions.
The materials are calculated for one glass (about 300 ml).
Smoothie with banana & pomegranate
- 120 ml pomegranate juice
- 1 medium banana 130 gr
- 30 gr yoghurt
- 20 gr tahini
- 4 with 5 ice cubes
- 20 gr spinach
- 30 g avocado
- 50 g mango
- 2 g ginger
- 40 ml soya milk or almond milk
All you have to do is cut the fruits and vegetables into pieces and beat them well in the blender.
