I eat them as a porridge (recipe coming soon) during winter, I eat them as a cold oatmeal (overnight) during the hot days of the year, or I even make oatmeal bars and granola. I just love oats. A lot of people think they don't have any taste at all. And to be honest, I believed that too until I learned how to use them! . .
