As long as the days allow it and as long as we can keep the summer with us, preparing a picnic can be a very enjoyable process!
It needs good mood, sun and some simple and delicious recipes.
And here we come!
Below you will find some of the recipes prepared for us by our chef Thalatta Hotel in the last Well B Retreat which we made on September 14-16.
It was 3 days full organic food, yoga, nature activities and of course relaxing by the sea!
One of the days of the retreat we also organized a picnic with endless view and a very healthy food, which, as you will see, is easy to create for your loved ones.
TAKE WITH BOTTLES
- A packet pack (12 tracks)
- 200 gr mixed salad
- 24 shrimp pieces small
- 100 ml of lemon
- 200 ml of lime
- 150 gr wasabi (yoghurt + wasabi paste)
- Sesame wasabi
Place the batch for 15 minutes in the oven to make it crisp. Put the shrimp in the pan to get the color.
Put them in a bass with the marinade of lime and lemon.
In the vault, put a little mixed salad on the base, then put two shrimps, a little wasabi and sprinkle with a little wasabi sesame seeds. Served with accompanying wasabi.
Cut avocados into small cubes, put them in a bass with all the other ingredients and mix.
