Did you know that beetroot contains many vitamins? It has anti-cancer activity and prevents osteoporosis. It is also very high in iron and in vitamins B1 & B2. What do you think; Do you incorporate it into your everyday life?
I give you a recipe that I love very much and I love its taste. The smoothie bowl with beetroot is all you need to start your day with delight and energy.
Recipe for 1 Smoothie Bowl:
- 1 medium-sized beetroot
- 50 water or milk of your choice
- 1 et al organic fir honey
- 1 and chia seed
- 50 gr mix frozen berries
- 60 bananas frozen
- 1 grated coconut
- 4-5 almonds
- 1 / 2 and chia seed
- 1 / 2 apple
- 1 / 2 banana
- black raisin
All you need to do is put it all in the blender. Of course you can put that topping you wish.
